First a lesson is given in how to handle quad bikes, which are all terrain vehicles, and you will be given all of thaw gear you need, be it overalls, helmet and gloves. Bear in mid that this is a dirty activity that involves plenty of mud! Next there is a brief training period on a course set up for instructing people in the art of quad bike trekking. The instruction course involves many obstacles, some much trickier than others. Once the training is over an experienced guide will lead your group and help it to carefully navigate a variety of terrains such as bumps, humps, fields and woodlands that are sure to put your driving skills to the test. Not all centres will have enough bikes for your whole group especially if it is large so you might want to plan another activity on the agenda to combine with quad biking and then take turns.
